Online Staff Development: Lessons Learned presents online teaching and learning wisdom delivered as a series of checklists. The website (and print publication) was created by educators from the University of Central Florida. They performed a review of the literature and gathered survey feedback from 200 developers, facilitators/ instructors, and participants. I participated in the survey and contributed to the publication in 2001, while working as an online facilitator for Connected University.
